Ice Cream and PoppinsOnce there was a land called Candyland. There, you%u2019ll never find salt. There is candy shaped like lettuce and even spaghetti. Everything there is sweet! The place our story starts is in the town square. Five intelligent fairies lived there. Their names were Coco, Maria, Susan, Ocean, and Pearl. Every citizen there was a fairy. The mayor of Candyland said that there would be an %u201cIce Cream and Poppins%u201d competition. The winner would get a trophy. Five people could be in a group. There were 15,000 fairies there, so there would be 3,000 groups! Every fairy was excited and waited for weeks.%u25b2Class 404 MelodyOf course, the five friends were in a group together, and they made a special recipe. They were making chocolate waffles with chocolate or maple syrup and a choice of strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, mocha, marshmallow, or yogurt on top! Their number one enemy, Sleuthn Sally Camaca, was making small delicious cakes. Pearl used scoops to put the ice cream flavors in separate jars, while Coco used her allowance money to buy ingredients for the waffles. Maria put a zillion scoops of sprinkles into a dresser for storing food. Susan and Ocean started working hard on making the chocolate waffles once Coco came back with the ingredients, and they decided to make some other flavors too.It was time for the Ice Cream and Poppin%u2019s competition. Colorful butterflies flew around and bird feathers fell from the sky. The contestants tied their glowing shoelaces. The contestants displayed their yummy food on stall tables. Cute napkins were provided for guests. They were used for the judges, who needed to wipe their mouths after eating. It seemed like a market. Everyone wore lovely scarves around their necks. Pearl organized the stuff neatly. The judges, Sherly Mactomac, Masala Manasa, Chana Camasca, Tolan Tonny, and Moe Loc Homes, navigated their way through the many stalls. They looked like tourists, and they thought all the stalls were fascinating. But they all realized that the five intelligent fairies%u2019 dessert was just indescribably good. %u201cNow, we should award the only unique winner----Team Pearl!%u201d The five of them had won! It was the best day ever.93Grade 4Just DO itEnglish Experience Curricula --%u82f1%u8a9e%u9ad4%u9a57%u6559%u5b78
